Northampton Based Therapeutic Massage Service

About David Appleton

“I have always had a keen interest in the mechanics of the body which arises from my participation in sports and resultant strains, sprains and injuries, often having to seek treatment for myself.

I am as a result an advocate of massage therapy and its ability to help people with their physical and mental wellbeing. At a time when people are under pressure, stressed, or engaging in maintaining their own health through sport and exercise time needs to be taken to manage overall well being. Massage therapy is a key component to prevention, maintenance and treatment.

Having been made redundant I chose to follow this passion and have trained at the London School of Massage in various aspects of Massage Therapy to be able to provide a wide range of treatments and services to my clients to help support and achieve overall positive physical and mental wellbeing (homeostasis).”

Time to Relax

About Vitalise

The treatment room is located in a purpose built building in the garden of my home in Duston Northampton. There is a separate entrance to the treatment room away from the house but this is easily found and signed.  The treatment room is warm and welcoming to avoid feeling clinical but is still minimal in decor, choosing functionality and comfort for a better client experience.

During treatment the lighting will be dimmed with music playing softly in the background and diffusers sending essential oils in to the air for a different fragrance.

All clients will be kept covered using towels which will drape your body, only being moved and adjusted to unveil the area of the body being worked on to ensure your comfort, warmth but most of all dignity.

“David was great and I had such a relaxing massage.  The Therapeutic/Swedish massage was excellent.  Would highly recommend.”
